About me
I am an eager and passionate videographer/photographer that enjoys engaging in various projects, regardless of their scope or budget. I am a 2013 alumn of the University of Birmingham, holding an MA in Film & Television: Research and Production, as well as a BA in Cinematography. In the past years I have taken on multiple and diverse filmmaking activities in the fields of entertainment and arts, or corporate and event media production.
I am proficient in using a vast range of DSLR cameras as well as their larger, more sophisticated counterparts alongside their accessories in a quick and efficient manner. I am experienced in shooting inside the studio using professional lighting systems, as well as shooting on location, making use of natural light and moulding it to the production's needs. Aside from image acquisition, I can also handle the post-production pipeline effortlessly, putting footage together into a coherent and aesthetical edit, as well as color grading said edit and applying motion graphics if need be.
My experience as project manager in Linz's well known Ars Electronica festival has strengthened my approach on how to manage resources, handle pressure and deliver the required results within an international team of experienced professionals that work with artists from around the world. I consider myself a sociable and outgoing team-player that is bound to spark creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
I am very passionate and enthusiastic about my work and I always try to bring in different influences in order to obtain an unique blend of light and image that is sure to stand out.
