About me

Holly Sharpe is an artist and illustrator from Edinburgh, Scotland. Since graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone college of Art and Design, Dundee, she has traveled the world (a reasonable chunk of it anyway), lived in London for a while, and worked full time as a printed textile designer. She now lives in Glasgow where she works full time in a big bright studio in the west end. Her illustrations are powerful yet with a delicate, ethereal quality. This sensitive balance allows for the creation of her unique, eye catching and thought provoking work. As well as working on her own drawings, paintings and illustrations, Holly has worked on a range of commissions for clients including, Marks & Spencer, Marie Claire, Chloé fragrances, Schwiing clothing Montréal, Brodies Tea, and Derwent pencils. Holly is extremely passionate about what she does and always has been. This, as well as raw talent, ambition and hard work is definitely key to her fast growing and international success.
