I am an illustration graduate seeking a position which utilizes my skills of collaboration, prioritizing workload, and expressing my creativity and artistic flare. I obtained A 2.1 level degree in BA (hons) Illustration at The University of Worcester While acquiring this degree I have leaned how to manage the demands of university life and how to work on many different creative projects at a time. By doing this I have determined how to manage my time successfully leaving me well prepared for working in the creative industries. I have gained experience in digital programs Photoshop,Illustrator and Indesign that I would be interested in perusing a element of this as a career but have never lost sight of the importance of hand drawn skills. Working as part of small and large teams became a crucial part of my degree, group Critiques were important in order to expand my knowledge within my subject and helped me look at mine and others work in a critical way. As a result of the University of Worcester's creative arts degree show My work has been exhibited in Worcester art gallery in the group exhibition "Emerging Artists" in Ampersand magazines November addition, and as a 'artist spotlight' on creaturemag's online magazine. Recently my work has been shown at the NEC in there 'Interiors' show Have worked a variety of jobs as well as undertake a degree, I have mainly worked in cafe, waitress and catering roles, however I relish the chance to take on fresh new roles in many other Job sectors. As my degree relied on me to work independently and as part of a team I believe this makes me a versatile team player.
