About me

My name is Holly and I am a freelance Illustrator based in colourful Bristol, UK. My work is driven by a love of nature, storytelling & relationships which are themes often found in my Illustrations. I work primarily using inks, watercolour, gouache and pencils though I'm always eager to try out new materials! I have been freelancing for the past 10 years and within that time have been lucky to work on a diverse range of projects including clothing, puzzles, embroidery designs, stationery, editorials, craft kits and books.
I am passionate about using my Illustrations for positive change and activism. In the last year I have been part of Remember Who Made Them , a group of activists and Illustrators fighting for justice and fair treatment for workers within the fashion Industry. I also often create illustrations focused around the environment, animal welfare, feminism and plant-based living.

In my spare time you can find me hanging out with my little dog Peggy (a rescue from the wonderful ABLDR) gardening, knitting, running, baking, charity shopping, rummaging at flea markets and collecting food packaging and ephemera.
