About me
My main strength I have to offer is using my social conscience to both create my own, and work from, set briefs. I am often referred to as the “ideas person†and would like to think I reach conclusions in my work in unique and innovative ways by exploiting my current skills - photography, art direction, graphic design and research but I do like to dabble in all sorts of media from bookbinding to screen-printing. I appreciate the value of traditional methods of practice as there is nothing better than figuring out how an old camera works or being taught a new printing technique. I would describe myself as a very hands-on person but one who still utilises modern technology – my computer is a tool just like letterpress.
