I currently hold a BIS degree (business information systems), I have also had my own telecommunications company: CV. ref 2000-Managing director of Virtual Eclipse Interactive Limited and exhibited educational solutions at the EID 2000 at the Excel Centre, Custom House E16. (also see attached photograph)

My IT qualifications range from proficient use of Microsoft Offices Packages to CCNA Certificates (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Having worked at senior level in many private/public sector customer service environments, required my ability to communicate and work with diverse communities both socially and culturally.

My diplomatic, friendly nature served as a key asset in dealing with challenging situations.
