Helena Lillywhite is a UK-born, Sydney-based sculptor whose practice explores the emotional resonance of nature through form, light, and shadow. Now residing in Sydney, Australia, Helena works predominantly in cast bronze while also experimenting across laser-cut metal, wood, and ceramic, creating works that embody strength, movement, and quiet introspection. With a Bachelor of Art and more than two decades of experience in graphic design, she brings a refined sensitivity to structure, balance, and detail, resulting in sculptures that are both visually striking and emotionally evocative.

Deeply inspired by the natural world and the interplay between material and space, Helena's work often reflects themes of transformation, resilience, and connection. Her sculptures invite contemplation through fluid forms, layered surfaces, and the shifting relationships between light and shadow.
Helena has exhibited extensively throughout Australia and has been selected as a finalist in notable exhibitions and awards including the Deakin University Small Sculpture Award, Sculpture in the Garden, Sculpture in the Vineyard, and exhibitions with Art Lovers Australia. Her work has received several awards, has been acquired for public display by the City of Sydney, and is held in private collections both within Australia and internationally.
