I am extremely interested in applying for this Junior Project Manager vacancy at 'The Industry Club'. I have recently had some exposure to a high pressure environment, working as a short term contractor managing BAU change requests and issue resolution for chelseafc. As a result, I think I have very solid grounding in the communication and project management methods necessary for a junior in a PMO. I also have a brief understanding of web builds, development, testing, SEO and UX. My responsibilities included being client facing and handling off-shore communications, holding scrums in line with Agile and using a number of different software tools to manage projects effectively (Microsoft Project, Jira and Basecamp.)

At CACI I would hold scrums every day to assess obstacles and discuss progress. I am ambitious and enthusiastic and believe in breaking any situation down into small, manageable components, rather than being overwhelmed by the whole, matching the Scrum mentality of only addressing your daily tasks and immediate blockers within an agreed Sprint. Consequently, I feel I possess the high energy levels and communication skills to be successful JPM.

With a couple of years of agency exposure at Edelman, I already have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. The creative team (of 8) were entrusted to me to manage. I prioritised work for them and scheduled this work on studio management software's. Thus, I have an understanding of creative design requirements, am extremely organised and thrive off a fast paced environment.

A JPM position would be an incredible opportunity to further progress as a Project Manager; an area which I have experience and skills in but am keen to build on.
