About me
I am a graphic designer with several years of in-house and agency experience in print and online design, in several different industries including retail, grocery, charity and property.
I'm very used to (and enjoy!) working in a fast-paced, reactive retail environment, handling and prioritising several briefs from different teams at the same time, and seeing projects through from various stages of design right up to setting up for print and passing on press.
Whilst I'm confident brainstorming and conceptualising initial creative ideas and solutions to the various briefs set, I also understand brand guidelines and am happy working on general day-to-day artworking projects too. I have experience overseeing a design team junior, as well as co-ordinating external freelancers and photographers, and am proactive when it comes to researching latest trends in the market and keeping up to date with industry competitors.
I am confident producing final assets for both print (in-store comms and campaign POS, catalogues, mailers, press ads etc.) and digital (web, email, social) as well as art direction of photography shoots and image retouch, and understand the importance of ensuring assets across all channels are visually consistent.
