About me

Héctor C. Gomez was born in Argentina in 1953. Has worked as an illustrator for numerous Brazilian advertising agencies as Siboney, Rhino, Young & Rubicam Fox, J. Walter Thompson, Lintas, Ogilvy and the country's leading magazines such as Veja, Playboy, 4Rodas, Planeta and Super Interessante. He has also done story boards for feature films such as "Play in the Fields of the Lord" by Hector Babenco; "The Lady of Shanghai Cine" by Guilherme de Almeida Prado, "The Country's Liutenants," by John Baptist de Andrade and others.

Gómez has held several solo and group exhibitions of paintings in art galleries and was creative director of digital agency Hypermedia between 1997 and 1999, Ogilvy Interactive between 1999 and 2001 and Tesla, between 2002 and 2005.

Operating in the North American market since 1992, he has collaborated with major publishers such as Marvel, DC Comics, Eclipse, Maximum Press, Innovation, Topps Comics, Dark Horse and SkyBox, where he developed the series Buffy The Va
