About me
For the last year I have been working as a knitwear design assistant in Manchester designing for highstreet stores such as Dorothy Perkins, BHS and Newlook. My main roles included specifications of garments, hand drawn flats, creating artworks on Prima Vision, liasing with Hong Kong daily, shop reports and trend research. I am now looking to persue my career in the industry to further my experience. I love to work in a lively, friendly and busy environment, where there are goals to be achieved. I love designing on CAD and have sound knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Prima Vision. I have previous experience, through university, designing underwear for men and women and also jersey wear. I am a keen and quick learner and prioritise my workload efficiently in order to hit deadlines.
