I have extensive experience in planning and producing both local and international content across various platforms. I produce Video, AV's, TV, Radio, Stills and Social Media content for a diverse range of clients. I specialise in client liaison, project management, art buying, creative concept development, team and talent coordination, budgeting and overseeing all phases from pre-production to post-production and client presentation.

In my role, I plan and develop project ideas, lead a creative team according to client briefs, monitor progress, manage budgets, resolve issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. I also assess project performance and maintain strong client relationships.

I research and locate suitable designers, videographers, photographers, artists, models, locations, illustrators, and creators whose work aligns with the project's objectives. Negotiating licensing agreements, usage rights, fees and other terms with artists or their representatives is part of my role to ensure the chosen artwork's proper usage.

Operating within assigned budgets, I acquire optimal visual assets that meet the project's demands. Collaborating with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and team members ensures the selected artworks align with the overall creative concept.

Remaining updated about current art and design trends aids me in making well-informed decisions that resonate with the intended audience. I ensure legal and copyright matters are addressed, securing necessary permissions and rights for the chosen artwork's usage.

Building and nurturing relationships with designers, videographers, artists, agencies, and industry professionals is crucial. This network serves as a dependable resource for me to tap into when seeking talent.
