About me

My current role is a User Experience Designer at Sky. This involves user testing, user experience and user interface design. I am responsible for the creation and continuous updating of the Sky emulators. Theses are products used by the customer service team, when helping customers that have issues navigating through the Sky website, service app or the interactive TV. I have also been involved in wider Sky projects carrying out standard UX practices such as, competitor analysis, information architecture, creating user personas, wireframes and prototypes. From my University degree in New Media I have also practiced skills including the ability to use programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision and Axure. I have a passion for creativity and am constantly striving to fashion innovative products that will enjoy real, worldwide application. I am driven by my role as a UX designer, enhancing the interactions between a user and a product. I always put one hundred percent effort
