Director, User Experience at Honeywell Connected Buildings

My passion is to create meaningful and memorable user experiences through an empathetic approach to design that utilizes well grounded interaction and user experience (UX) design principles. In my current role as Director of User Experience for Honeywell Connected Buildings, I am responsible for setting the Experience Design and UX strategy for offerings related to airport and healthcare domains that focused on user experience and performance .I started as a senior Human factors Research Scientist at Honeywell and was promoted to Principal Human Factors Research Scientist before I transitioned into UX manager role where I managed a design studio comprised of talented UX researchers and designers at Honeywell.
