Harald Wittig is graduated communication specialist and started his career as a copywriter at FCB, Hamburg. Further steps of his career were LOWE, DDB,
Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA and Euro RSCG. In June 2008 he started his position as Executive Creative Director at JWT Frankfurt, where he was responsible for Kraft
Foods in in more than 25 countries. In June 2010 Harald Wittig started working as a freelancer. On April 2014 Harald Wittig joined Spark44 as Global Creative Director, responsible Jaguar & Land Rover Europe and Overseas. Additionally he was leading
the Creative Department of Spark44 Shanghai as
the ECD from June 2016 till December 2017.
Until now Harald Wittig has won more than 150 awards. In addition to several gold
medals at the ADC Germany he won four lions at the Cannes Advertising Festival, the Grand Prix at the Cresta Awards and was just awared with Silver Effie in China for his Jaguar campaign. In 2002 he was admitted in the Art Directors Club of Germany and
in 2004 he became a member of the jury in Cannes.
Global experience at Spark44
Since 2014 Harald Wittig worked as Global Creative Director responsible for Jaguar
and Land Rover. Leading a team of more than 20 creatives at Frankfurt office, he
created work for all European markets as well as for Overseas markets, such as Japan, Korea, Brazil, Russia, Mena and South Africa.
In 2016 he was responsible for hiring and onboarding creative teams in Madrid, Rome,
Dubai, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Mumbai, Tokyo and Seoul.
During the last 4 years, Harald Wittig created and developed plenty of campaigns (all channels) for local markets and for the Global briefs from JLR.
China and Asia experience at Spark44
Beside Harald`s dedication at Spark44 Seoul and Spark44 Tokyo over the last 4 years, where various campaigns were created, he started his engagement as ECD China at Spark44 Shanghai in June 2016. Within the last years Harald Wittig restructured the creative department and improved the creative output of the creative work distinctly.
He was responsible for more than 50 campaigns for the Jaguar and Land Rover brand
within this period (multi-channel campaigns).
Finally Harald Wittig has won the Silver Effie 2017 with his teams in China for the Jaguar brand campaign.
