About me

There were two defining moments for me in realising what I want to be when 'I grow up.' The first was during my Masters when I became fascinated by the consumer behaviour module I took and the psychology behind consumer touchpoints and consumer purchasing decisions. By combining my intuitive nature with theory and learning I realised I could really get into the consumers mind in order to create amazing brands that people would believe in. The second was during my first meeting with a brand agency when I recognised I could add huge creative and strategic value if working on the branding for individual clients. I was thrilled by the new-ness and excitement in organising and planning each project, and the ability to build long lasting relationships to enable brands to adapt to the ever-changing World. The want was there to work alongside a client on their branding journey.

As you will see from my CV I went on to gain experience working in a large corporation, a family run business and a rapidly growing start-up. I was thrown in at the deep end and thoroughly enjoyed working with brand agencies and designers on brand extension: creating a new 'product family' brand, re-branding an organisation and driving cultural change.

Then I decided to really up the stakes, to challenge and get to know myself better - before diving head first into my future career. Thirty three countries later I have great photos, amazing new friends and stories of challenge to tell. I also have the awareness that I can add to an organisations strengths by being more in-tune with myself - knowing my adaptability, my limits, what makes me tick and what I have to offer.

Now that I have 'grown-up' I see an exciting opportunity in front of me to join Creative Orchestra's highly experienced and fun-loving team. Thank you for taking the time to read my cover letter and CV, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
