About me

Hello!

I am very interested in junior designer positions.

I have been working for a Elio Studio, a small design communications company in London since graduating in June 2011, where I have boosted my experience working on several innovative public engagement educational projects. I am very adaptable with a wide range of skills, motivated and enthusiastic to experiment and build on my knowledge. I am an ideas and process driven person and really enjoy working with others to bounce around ideas and produce engaging, original work.
After working on several public engagement projects at Elio Studio, I have become very interested in working towards finding creative ways of engaging the public, which can be seen in my work. I would really like to gain experience working within a team designing and building creative and theatrical installations to really wow people. As a design assistant I worked across print, web, modelling and photography/film during the projects.

I am also a problem solver, relishing the challenge of working out things for myself. This includes doing tutorials online in my free time to build on my program skills. I am savvy with the Adobe suite, particularly with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign along with experience using Flash, Dreamweaver and Premier. I have a good understanding of designing within house style guidelines and building a good relationships network among the team. I am an easy going and friendly person and fit in well in a team environment, whilst also being independent and confident to work on tasks alone.

My best trait that I will bring to the role is a curious mind, with my motivation to build on my knowledge and skills. I would be delighted to share my work with you.
