About me

I will soon be graduating with a likely 2:1 degree in Creative Writing. Studying writing for three years has provided me with the skill to read and write critically many different genres including fiction, non-fiction and writing for children. I have also gained a reasonable understanding of the publishing environment and have an excellent standard of English, both written and verbal.

As an avid lover of stories, I take great pleasure in helping others further their passion for writing, whatever genre it may be. In my own time, I often help fellow Creative Writing students with their work by proofreading and editing, providing friendly but honest criticism. In many cases, their work has gone on to receive considerable praise and very positive results from marking tutors.

I am currently situated on the Isle of Wight but am more than willing to relocate when my course finishes. I am able to work happily and to a good standard under pressure, to a deadline, individually and with others.
