Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to apply for the position of Senior Graphic Design as advertised.

I believe that I have many of the qualities that you require for this position. Throughout my career to date I have held various design roles with in agency and in-house design teams. I have experience of designing for corporate businesses, beauty and household brands, giftware, local charities and events.

My currently role is Design Team Leader/Senior Designer. Within this role I am responsible for: the day to day running of the busy in-house design department. As team leader I assign work to the rest of the team taking their skills and available time into consideration. I also hold regular one to ones and appraisals, and deal with any absence issues. I support the junior members of the team with help, advice and time.

My design responsibilities include packaging design, point of sale, corporate design, brochures, leaflets, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, website graphics & population as well as design work for local charities & business.

I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual. I am happy working independently or as part of a team to see the project through to the finished article.
