About me
Dear Sir/Madame,
I have been working in an extremely fast paced content agency and over the past year, I have undertaken in various different forms of writing, which should prove my diversity.
At Rhubarb Fool I participated in writing content for a range of different formats, from magazine copy to website content, to content for apps. I have also been heavily involved in planning and writing social media drives. I have undertaken interviews (which have also been part of my role as podcast producer). My primary focus has been around tourism, fashion, travel and B2B relations.
Prior to my time at Rhubarb Fool I learnt a wealth of experience at Hearst Magazines and Bloomsbury Publishing. Being in these environments allowed me to understand the workings of large-scale multinational publishing corporations, and I was fortunate enough to work with and for some of the most influential people in the business.
Before this I had worked in more client services based roles. This has given me a strong understanding and grounding into how to work with clients of all varieties. I feel extremely confident dealing with people and allowing the correct amount of give and take for both their and my own ideas to shine. I believe that this is a fundamental aspect of copywriting and indeed all client relations.
My university education was around literature, and my M.A. was in Critical Theory. These two qualifications provided a rigorous understanding of the English language and the ways it can be used. It is also a great passion of mine, and I am a veracious reader and student of it in my spare time.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have about my CV or if there is anything that you would like to discuss further.
Yours faithfully,
Hailey Talbot-Tittle
