About me
I design complex digital products, platforms, and service systems where UX, business logic, workflows, and human behavior need to work together.
My background started in applied graphic design, then moved through advertising and Art Direction. Since 2012, I have been designing high-complexity applications, websites, platforms, and system concepts. Over time, my work moved beyond visual design into product structure, system logic, operating models, and human-system interaction.
I do not only design screens.
I design how a product should actually work: how users move through it, how decisions are supported, how information is structured, how roles connect, and how the system behaves when real people use it under real conditions.
For me, UX/UI is not only the visible layer of a product. It is the visible expression of a deeper structure.
Many products look good on the surface but feel confusing, fragmented, or heavy in real use. This often happens because they are built from a narrow, linear view of the problem: one user flow, one feature, or one business goal is treated as if it represents the whole system.
But real systems are not linear.
A change in one part can affect other flows, decisions, responsibilities, teams, users, and outcomes. If this is not considered early, the result is often friction, lost context, weak handoffs, manual workarounds, and unnecessary complexity.
This is where I focus my work.
I design the operating space between people and systems — where logic, coordination, cognitive load, decision paths, and real-world behavior need to hold together.
My work includes UX/UI, product architecture, workflow design, dashboards, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, service systems, and complex operating models.
Selected project directions include expert-driven service systems, local logistics ecosystems, healthcare coordination models, AI-related interaction frameworks, creative platform design, and cognitive-development systems.
My principle is simple:
coherence before optimization.
Before adding more features, automation, or visual polish, I first look at whether the product actually holds together as a system. If the structure is unclear, optimization only makes the confusion faster.
