About me

I am an extremely experienced marketing strategist and digital expert. Currently contracting as Head of Strategy at Critical Mass managing a team of 4 with responsibility for social media and CRM for a global automotive brand and tasked with growing their global audience and guiding them through the sales funnel using digital touchpoints.

Previously, I contracted as Strategy Director at We Are Social, where I managed a team of 4. At WAS my role is to provide socially driven insights to create global digital marketing strategic thinking enabling brands to connect with consumers at an audience level.

Prior to that I was Strategy Director at AnalogFolk, where I managed a team of 6. At AnalogFolk I delivered data-driven solutions which provided meaningful, consumer-driven insight and developed digital programmes of activity and content to target consumers with product suggestions associated with their life stage and purchase behaviour.

Earlier, I had spent a year on the client side as Head of Marketing at Money. There, I was part of the Senior Management Team, with responsibility for a £16.5m ATL and BTL budget and a team of three marketing managers and executives. As a result of my work on their acquisition and retention strategy, daily application volume and loan payouts grew by 200%.

With a balance of creative, analytical thinking and customer centric driven strategic solutions informed by data and insight to drive business and marketing decisions, along with my knowledge of working with businesses where the customer comes first and is listened to helps my strategic solutions to reflect current consumer needs balanced with business demands and gives me an ability to drive better ROI from marketing spend.
