About me
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with regards to the graduate vacancy advertised on Indeed. I am enclosing my CV alongside this letter for your information.
Having recently graduated with a BSc in Computing and Multimedia from The University of Westminster, I am now looking towards applying the knowledge I have acquired into the workplace and the graduate position as a junior web developer as it offers the perfect platform to do this.
In addition I believe I meet all of the requirements outlined in the job post. Throughout my studies, I developed an outstanding eye for detail and have gathered substantial experience of user interface design; multiple software usability and an array of coding language capabilities, which are stated on my CV. Furthermore, I have undertook a number of different team projects as part of my previous studies, so I am extremely comfortable working as part of team and in my interpersonal and communication skills.
I am personally experienced in working to deadlines as this is a significant importance to the job role. I have previously demonstrated this ability by completing and creating a demo of my final year project at university, The Human Cell, during my final year of my degree. This required myself to keep to a closely devised schedule and become extremely committed to completing the project in terms of time and effort, with regards to prioritising tasks alongside my academic studies.
I would be delighted to be given the opportunity to explain more about my interests in your company and why I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position and what I could potentially offer. Lastly, you can note from my CV that I have an extreme passion for computing, gaming, technology and I hope to contribute my passion and knowledge to the future success of the company.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future regarding my application.
Yours faithfully
Gurdeep Dhillon
