About me

Over the past 7 years I have gained extensive academic and professional background in graphic architectural presentation and high quality marketing within a construction context. I have demonstrated skills in designing online and offline imagery which has been critical to the identity and success of projects. I believe that good marketing and visual aesthetics can add significant value to a project, and a key eye for detail at this level gives the opportunity to take products or services from good to potentially outstanding.

The majority of my professional experience has been based around roles which involve moving around different design teams developing graphics and marketing media material prior to receiving verbal or written briefs. I have experience in working under a director, taking instruction and working intuitively, as well as managing designers, contractors and architects to ensure that projects and bids are executed to the highest level on time. I have had the fortune of having most of my visualisation and presentation work exhibited within a public context, online and offline giving me great confidence and experience in creating polished and high quality end presentations. The pinnacle of which was the presentation of my work within the context of a prestigious worldwide awards for Architecture students. These awards involved high quality printing of work, and web optimised images.

I have recently completed my Masters in Architecture, which involved creating a 200 page of extremely high graphical quality using InDesign and Photoshop. This included editing of Photographs, text and diagrams to efficiently convey significantly complex architectural work.

I am a meticulous and inquisitive person by nature, inside design and out with a perfectionist attitude towards my work. It is those characteristics which have driven me to onto a steep learning curve and it is my intention to continue along this curve. I am ambitious and enjoy working under pressure. I have left University, energetic and enthusiastic to explore and experiment further with the skills I have developed.
