Productivity of employees in any organisation is directly related to the individual personal growth. An individual potential should intentionally be developed because growth is not automatic. People do not grow by living.

The conventional education system does not build character; focus is on knowledge and application is assumed.

After my 18years of structured personal development mentorship through both the Britt Worldwide program, the John Maxwell Team, I built personal mastery and in the process I became.

I am now helping people to become using a Personal Development Program based on a book titled The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. The training materials are provided by John Maxwell Team and delivery of program is through masterminding where we share how each person learn and live a self-leadership principle.
