About me
Transition Creative was founded and is run by Grant Smith. He is passionate about the way effective visual communication is capable of delivering exceptional return on investment. He founded Transition to be the agency he'd want to commission if he was a client. He works hard at building strong relationships based on shared beliefs and mutual understanding. His belief is that Transition's success is a direct reflection of our clients' success.
Grant lives with his partner, Karla, and their daughter, Seren. In his spare time he runs, swims and cycles and is a keen triathlete, competing in Ironman events around the world.
