About me

I have worked as a senior manager for twenty years in an
international customer facing organisation and have cultivated a
significant number of skills in leading teams of up to 1500 UK staff in
a £90M business, across 28 offices, through changes in workplace,
market conditions, and regulatory requirements. I have managed direct
reporting staff and nurtured team building in managing projects and
implemented performance management across various operations to provide
a successful outcome for the business.
In my most recent role as the UK head of quality assurance for an
international business I have widened my experience and knowledge in
assisting the business to achieve the key market position they hold
today. With key successes in managing and implementing operational and
procedural changes throughout the company and dealing with customers
has allowed the business to meet their targets and obligations. and I
would welcome the opportunity to continue using these skills.
