About me

I am in my second year of a three year BSc (Hons) Digital Animation in 3D Technology Course at Staffordshire University. From this degree course I have developed skills in film and television acquisition, post-production (Media 100 non-linear editing, Adobe Photoshop,AfterEffects, 3D Studio Max and Maya), scriptwriting and media technology. I left a previous degree before taking part in the digital animation degree. The previous degree was a BSc (Hons) in Entertainment Technology and from this degree I have developed skills in software development (C++, Java and touched the basics of Virtual Reality Markup Language). I have full working knowledge and experience of operating the Cannon XL1 3 chip digital camera, location lighting and sound recording.

I am interested in obtaining digital animation/modelling in either TV or film industrial experience as part of my year out.

Since i can rememebr, I have always had a desirable interest in digital animation, particulary in animation and modelling. I chose the digital animation course to increase the knowledge that I require to break into the television/film and multimedia sector. I hope to enter an industry and gain as much experience as possible. Initially, however, I am considering all areas of film and video production to obtain as much experience as possible.

I have a bright personality, easy to on with and always committed at the job at hand at a professional level.
