Hi,
I am applying for this position as a graduate in Illustration as it is a job that I feel my course and also my current position as a trainee manager has prepared me for. My degree involved a great deal of independent work and research which required self-motivation, initiative and the development of a wide range of skills, within the course I also had to comply to strict deadlines set by my tutor.
At my current position as a trainee manager I have learned how to utilize my time and delegate jobs out to staff whilst also maintaining a great customer service and getting the jobs completed within a set time frame so that I can send out email proof of the completed jobs to the area manager if required. I have learned how to manage my time effectively so that I can complete any project within the time frame set and still delegate some time so that any changes that could are needed can be completed without needing a last minute rush.
