Dear Sir/Ma'am,

In the past year I have been working as a Freelance Marketing and Design Assistant for the Theatre Royal Margate, a growing cultural organization, assisting on advertising and promotional campaigns, reaching over across the South East region to a potential reach of over 750,000 people creating designs for advertising, large scale and direct mail campaigns to the theatre's current and potential customers.

I have had a range of responsibilities including leading on Marketing and Digital campaigns. Key projects include:

-5 years experience, while studying, of working across print and digital mediums, for a Niche publisher specializing in commercially focused, faith based publications.

-Providing typesetting, layout and graphic cover design for 60 page paid -for publications delivered on a UK and International scale

-Designing leaflets, business cards and all corporate branding using adobe Photoshop, publisher and adobe suite

-Co designer of new Indian based social networking site with global reach, a positioned to rival Facebook in the Asian and South East Asian customer base (incorporating email, market place, news feed, chat) responsible for front end navigation, site layout and co-operate design (Html, CSS, PHP)

To consolidate my experience I have successfully completed a BA (HONS) Digital Media, gaining experience in market research, basic, budgeting, project management and Corporate Branding and Advertising.

I have a working knowledge of programs such as: Clait plus Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Power point; Microsoft Word Adobe; Photoshop; Flash; Dreamweaver; Adobe Illustrator; and Adobe InDesign Director.

A recent CCCU digital media graduate who has worked in freelance capacities as a graphic designer for web and print, focused on arts, community and faith based work. I am a dedicated advocate of clean, accessible design and have a sharp attention to detail. Having experienced the world of self-employment I have strong management and communication skills. I keep aware of current web and print technologies and trends, and have a personal passion for imagery, born out of my personal interest in digital photography. I am young creative mind with a thirst to expand and develop skills in design to create innovative graphics. I am keen to continue my career within a dynamic and forward thinking team where my skills are utilized and challenged. I am planning to return to Delhi and work there.
