About me

I'm Godwin Nzekwe, a filmmaker, life coach, and storyteller with over two decades of experience in media production, creative development, and talent mentoring. My journey in the world of storytelling is driven by a passion to inspire, challenge perspectives, and create powerful connections through creative work. As the founder of Prime Drive Studios, I lead a team focused on producing content that empowers and sparks positive change, from film and television to digital media and social storytelling.

In addition to my work in media, I serve as the Program Director for the International Sales & Distribution Executives (ISDE) Program. In this role, my immediate goal is to strategically position African content and executives on the global stage. Through ISDE, I train early-career professionals in international licensing, sales, and distribution—an area where Africa's presence is still minimal but holds incredible potential for global cultural relevance and commercial growth.

Looking ahead, my long-term vision is to launch a full-service African content export agency. This agency will not only develop international distribution pipelines but will also nurture talent to lead these efforts. By creating sustainable bridges between African storytellers and global buyers, I aim to transform narrative ownership and business equity for African creators, ensuring that their stories resonate on the world stage.
