Hello,
Due to my experience in digital marketing, campaign management and copywriting, I am applying for Campaign and Content Management roles in London. I have a keen interest in hospitality, travel and lifestyle marketing and wish to pursue these interests in my career.
Most applicable to this role is my experience as an Account Manager at Ripe Solutions, a leading Brisbane marketing agency, where I worked primarily with Subway Restaurants Australia and New Zealand. Whilst in this role, I managed 58 large-scale B2C digital campaigns for Subway, across the mediums of social media, EDMs, digital advertising and web assets and wrote all the digital copy for the firm. I also assisted where necessary in the TV and radio production. I managed the campaigns from initial brief, to final delivery and conducted regular campaign reviews.
I have been successful within my role due to three major attributes that I possess. The first being my exceptional organisational and management skills, as I managed campaigns, handled communications and implemented strategies for all clients and their digital projects. I efficiently and successfully managed a team of six in-house designers and three offshore developers to achieve business objectives and meet all deadlines within budget. My interpersonal skills and sense of humour also played an important part in this success, with my ability to connect and draw the best out of my colleagues, and be a positive team player. These also helped me quickly gain the trust of our clients, regional marketing teams and media agency. I operated as the company's lead digital copywriter, across social media, EDMs, blog articles, newsletters and web updates for all clients and am confident creating and developing copy and content to inform and convert customers. For this copy, I took into account SEO principles, best practice on send/schedule times, and research findings on customer profiles to ensure optimised results.
I do not get fazed by a large workload and thrive in a busy work environment. I am fun-loving, optimistic and am able to stay motivated throughout a project. With this experience, I have moved to London to further my career. I have British citizenship through a U.K. passport so do not require a visa or sponsorship to work in England.
