Commencing this letter, let me ensure you I'll be direct and concise. I chose to apply for this position primarily because it represents a huge opportunity of self-realization, and an eventual offer would be a great goal achieved.

As you can see from my attached CV, I'm currently working as Junior Operations Manager of a vacation rental start-up and my job tasks consist of managing the UK operations of the firm, by coordinating a dynamic staff and a budget, in order to maximize firm's profitability and improve its reputation and planning and implementing the actions required to the firm to follow its core values and attend to its mission of ensuring clients the best service ever received. My main focus is the customer service, as I'm in charge of the relations with the guests of the company, organizing their arrival, supporting them during the entire stay and dealing with problems and complains.

Thanks to that position I learnt how to work in a fast moving environment managing at the same time different responsibilities and tasks and I had the chance to understand and learn how to relate to a high number of people and refined techniques to create a relaxed and chilled climate of discussion with the counterpart, in order to take out the maximum result achievable in that relation. I had the opportunity to see how to develop the strategy of a company from the very beginning, taking part in all the main strategic decisions together with the management team.

In my current role as I have been responsible for improving significantly the level of customer satisfaction, which helped the business to increase the number of bookings and improve the on-line image of the brand.

I'm passionate about my work and I'm a very hard worker, with my previous experience and expertise, I believe I can hit the ground running and start actively contributing to the business as soon as possible.
