About me

Hello there, I'm Giles Farmer ...... it's my real name ..... My parents have a lot to answer for.

I am based in Kent in the occasionally sunny United Kingdom. For many years I have been designing themed attractions professionally and I have been fortunate enough to help design some of the most popular visitor attractions in the world. The majority of my roles have combined layout design and 3D digital design.

Before I moved into full-time freelance design in April 2018 I spent the past 2+ years project designing Legoland parks. This involved layout design and 3d visualisation work. I have spent ten years working in the 3D design industry in many different areas as well as lecturing the subject of 3D design at College and University levels.

I am very much used to working to tight deadlines under considerable pressure for blue-chip clients. The clients needs are always my main priority and I always ensure that I hyper-communicate as this helps all parties to fully understand each project and know how it is progressing at any given time.

I will never take any project for granted and none is too small, I like new challenges and I really enjoy being able to work on a wide variety of projects.
