Gerardo Garcia Rodriguez is a illustrator, animator and designer that lives in one of the most pacific cities of the world: Merida(Like Brave princess). He studied Graphic Design and worked in a magazine at the same time. During that time he tried acting and was a soldier in a Steven Soderbergh film he sucked acting and went to learn illustration, animation and vfx in Santa Fe School of Arts and Design.

He grow up reading comics, playing videogames and watching Anime. For that reason he took elements that he liked of all worlds, as the huge eyes, the high contrast shadows, pixels or even 3d.

His work has been featured in exhibitions, theaters, blogs and webs in Mexico, Canada and the United States.

He is dependable, resourceful and always able to find a way to accomplish whatever project needs. He has worked with digital signage companies, comic book publishers and design studios and also gave workshops of digital coloring, 3d design and vfx.
