About me

I have two and a half years experience in graphic design and digital media. I have also have valuable experience in marketing and administration dating back to 2006 when i initially graduated University.

I have successfully completed an Adobe Illustrator & Indesign course, which helped me gain an enhanced understanding of the programs. In my current position, working to tight deadlines, I create tender designs and proposals that are vibrant and relevant to the area of business. In early 2011, my current employers introduced facilities management into the company as an 'add-on' to their primary area of business of contract catering. I designed numerous presentations and a portfolio brochure to circulate within the business to create awareness. Furthermore, I support the operations function by creating menus and various marketing material including posters and loyalty cards using Adobe software.

I have experience of copywriting in previous roles, creating press releases for local newspapers whilst at Wilkin Chapman Solicitors. This required a concise writing style. All my previous roles have required a keen eye for detail and proofreading has been essential as most design work has been distributed on a large scale.
