About me

I am hardworking, organised and reliable individual. I enjoy challenges and work well under pressure. I am a good communicator and enjoy meeting new people. I find it easy to communicate with people on all levels and can adapt well to different working environments. I am willing to learn and will put in the effort and time needed to succeed in a job.

I have created my own Internet based company 'Geekstar'; clothing based Design Company, which was featured in the local newspaper. I created the whole company, from the designing and creating of the website to the marketing, making and designing of the products. Geekstar now sells a variety of my self-designed products from t-shirts to badges to earrings.

I was one of three students nominated for an achievement award for Design for interactive media BA at London College of Music and Media, May 2005.

I was awarded a first class honours degree in Design for interactive media with digital arts, August 2005 and received a Vice Chancellors Award for my achievements.

I was invited to take part in the MA Computer Arts programme at London College of Music and Media now called TVU for my achievements in my BA Honours degree.

I am a quick learner and am confident using both P.C and Mac computers, but predominately use a Mac. Software that I use on a regular basis is Adobe Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3 and Dreamweaver CS3, Microsoft Word and excel. I also have good knowledge of Flash, Director, in-design, HTML and CSS.
