About me

My passion for TV and film started when I was very young, from the age of 5-18 I was a member of two reenacting companies, which gave me experiences that many children of my age did not have, camping in Castles, running barefoot, having my own sword and doing archery was just some of the highlights I experienced. Living in this world for the weekend was amazing and so enjoyable, standing back and looking at the scene we had created made me think of a TV and film set, it reminded me of programmes I had watched and wondered in awe of how they were produced. Everyone in the group had tasks that they were given to do, whether this was helping to build the camp, creating the scenes or demonstrating life within that time that depicted the medieval and 17th century periods. The feeling I experienced while being part of these alternative worlds is not something I want to give up, the passion and drive to succeed in this industry has continued to grow over the years.

During college I assisted with the organisation of small events and festivals, have modelled for a College fashion show and have been part of the Winter Watch Parade in Chester which Russell Kirk, a well-known Artist displays his oversized puppets. I have been a Second Shooter and Assistant for a Freelance Wedding and Events Photographer and Spent some time at LSL Photography Studios learning about different aspects of a studio including lighting, positioning and the use of different lenses. Currently approaching the end of my Photography BA Hons course at the University of Chester.

My love for photography started while away one weekend reenacting, we went to Bradgate Park in Leicester which is an amazing vast area of park which incorporates a ruined building, lakes, the most fascinating shaped trees and wild deer, which roam around free. Just looking around, admiring my surroundings, thinking 'how lucky am I', I got my camera out and started shooting and I haven't looked back since.

I am looking for entry level positions such as a Floor Runner/set PA and any trainee schemes, work experience or voluntary positions within the Film/TV Industry. I am aware that I will need to work hard and any assistance finding opportunities that will develop and enhance my skills and enable me to gain new skills and knowledge of the industry will be greatly appreciated.

I have my provisional driving licence and was taking lessons, however due to Covid-19 they have stopped until further notice.
