Creative Talent Is Everywhere. Opportunity Isn't.

Published

A few weeks ago, I shared something I'd been working on called Generation Create.

Today, I'm excited to say it's no longer just an idea.

We've now delivered our first pilot workshop in partnership with The King's Trust, introducing young people to the world of creative careers, digital design and the opportunities that exist beyond the traditional route into the industry.

The response was incredible.

Seeing young people grow in confidence, discover career paths they never knew existed, and realise that a career in creativity is possible regardless of their background is exactly why Generation Create was created.

The success of the pilot means we're now planning to deliver more workshops alongside The King's Trust, and it's exciting to see this journey continue to grow.

As Generation Create develops, I'd love to connect with creative professionals, agencies and businesses who believe in opening doors for the next generation.

Whether you're a designer, creative director, marketer, UX designer, illustrator, motion designer, photographer, social media specialist or part of a larger organisation, there are so many ways to get involved.

From guest speakers and portfolio reviews to mentoring, workshop support, creative briefs or sponsorship, together we can help inspire and nurture the next generation of creative talent.

The creative industry changed my life. Now it's time to give something back.

If your company would like to be part of Generation Create, I'd love to hear from you.
