About me

Hello,
My name is Georgia, and I'm proud to share that my Creativepool profile is currently ranked 2nd as a Digital Design Director.

I'm a London-based Senior / Lead Designer with over 13 years' experience across digital, brand, UX, print and campaign design. I began my career after graduating in 2011, working with some of the UK's leading fashion brands, including Oasis Fashion, Moss Bros and Nichole de Carle London.

In 2016, I moved into the corporate space, taking on a senior role at Reach PLC (The Daily Mirror) — the UK's largest national and regional news publisher. During my four years there, I led design strategy and delivery across marketing output, rebrands, financial and corporate reporting, digital campaigns and large-scale web projects, while managing teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Since then, I've worked across agency, in-house and freelance environments, delivering end-to-end design for brands including Amazon, NatWest, BAE Systems, Guide Dogs and Ministry of Sound. I'm known for being a highly pragmatic, multi-disciplinary designer, equally comfortable setting strategy, aligning stakeholders and business goals, and delivering developer-ready design systems.
I bring a strong UX strategic mindset to every design decision and have a calm, collaborative approach in fast paced environments. Taking projects from start to finish and creating designs that actually work and are not just aesthetically pleasing.
