About me

I am 40year old gentleman who is reliable, hardworking and
self motivated. I am able to work under pressure and within the
expected deadlines. I have good communication skills, can pay attention
to detail and I am able to work as a team member. I have the ability to
bring ideas for improvement and good IT skills. I have 11 years and 9
months experience in design and printing. I have strong furnishing
background because I work for David Whitehead Textiles in Zimbabwe
creating designs. I am self motivated and willing to learn. I am
creative and resourceful, with strong brainstorming skills and the
ability to approach problems from new angles. Proven ability to perform
in a fast paced

Environment, with drive and determination, have proven experience of
achieving objectives, have both good time management and project
management skills.

I am currently working as a Printing Team Leader;

• Responsible for leading a team of 6.

• I consistently exceeds performance quotas significantly and
meets required standard and targets

• Help to introduce a cost effective systems in the
department.

• Solve computer and printing problems resulting in the reduction
of printing rejects.

• Organisation of all machine staff ( including shift change
- over) to ensure maximum effectiveness

• Liaise closely with the printing manager and other departments
on daily basis to ensure all relevant information is
communicated.

• To delegate work where necessary.

• Responsible for up keep of department standards.

• To comply with company regulations as laid down in the company
handbook.

• To comply with all relevant ISO 2001 - 9001 procedures as
laid down in the procedure manuals and to promote total quality at all
times.

• Ensure that the health and safety policy of the company as well
