About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hello, my name is Gemma.

I have recently completed my final year at Central St.Martins University of the Arts, London. I studied for a BAHons Degree in Graphic Design, along-side photography as a supportive study.

I am an ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate willing to learn designer, who strives to succeed in all dissiplines. I have strong communication skills with others and can work effectively both as a team, or alone.

I have produced work for ArjoWiggins (D&AD Brief), Lago, Food Packaging Design Awards 06, Hennessy Cognac and Creative London (D&AD Brief). I have undertaken work experience from Budwieser, photographing up and coming new bands within the music industry for BudRising. I had the opportunity to work along-side a professional photographer (Tom Oldham). My work was put in the 'After Show Gallery', Budwieser's own website and NME Magazine.

I have had the privaledge to exhibit my photographic work in May at Harvey Nichols OXO Tower.

For the past twelve months in my spare time I have produced freelance work for small businesses, re-branding and visual identity. I have gained work experience at Blackburn Designs, This Way Up and at present Someone Design.
