About me

Hello!

I'm an award-winning, first class honours design mature graduate from Hereford College of Arts and I have four years freelance design experience. I'm currently working temporarily within a design studio environment at Orphans Press where I have learned a great deal about print design and I have really enjoyed working as part of a team (freelancing is a lonely business sometimes!)

My personal work and freelance typography was featured in IdN's typography special issue in May 2013 and I worked on Scroobius Pip's music video "You Will See Me" in November 2013 which went on to win Best Independent Music Video at the Independent Music Awards in 2014. I'm not all about typography though, Branding is a huge interest to me too and this year I was awarded a YCN Commendation for my rebrand of the J20 bottle and I have just finished working on the BBC Arabic Festival's guides, posters, flyers and invitations with another BBC freelance design job lined up in the very near future.

Though I enjoy the freedom of freelancing, I'm looking for something permanent and more reliable and though my forte is print, I have a keen interest in web design and would love to learn HTML and CSS and expand my skills in this field (I promise I'm a quick learner!)
