In addition, I assisted the Panache Sales Director and six account executives in various creative and administrative tasks.
During my sandwich degree at university I worked as a Junior Designer for the Childrenswear department at Puma, where I designed several ranges for the Spring Summer and Autumn Winter 2009 collections. I worked closely with the development team to ensure strict deadlines were met. I am able to research from magazines, periodicals, and trend websites such as WGSN in addition to undertaking in market research. I am able to create mood boards from the research gathered which show trends, colour palettes and fabrications and present the work to senior management. I have experience in fit meetings and creating range plans. The role gave me first hand experience of how design departments are run.

Overall, I would love the chance to be able to demonstrate my interpersonal and professional skills in a challenging, diverse and creative environment. I believe a role within design or marketing is the ideal opportunity for me to continue my development within the fashion industry.
