About me

As a Senior UI Artist with almost a decade of industry experience, I have an incredible passion for creating beautiful interfaces and compelling design.

Over the course of my career in the games industry, I've worked in senior and lead positions on a number of multi-million selling titles, including as Lead 2D/UI Artist on Ninja Kiwi's flagship Bloons TD5, which has been a permanent fixture in the "Top 20 paid games" on the app store since its release in 2012.

I've also had the privilege of handling huge licenses, including Mr Men (Chorion) and The World's Strongest Man (IMG Entertainment), and have a thorough understanding of implementing brand guidelines and adhering to style guides.

I have meticulous attention to detail, constantly championing the importance of strong layout and design, and always looking to push the bar when it comes to quality, innovation and integration of a cohesive UI into the gameplay experience.

Most recently, I've worked as a freelance Lead 2D/UI Artist for a couple of developers, with tasks that included both creating new menu systems, overseeing and directing the overhaul of pre-existing menu systems and in-game UI, screen-flow mocks, and detailed animations created in After Effects to demonstrate transitions.

I'm exceptionally fluent in the industry standard 2D art and animation packages and also gained experience with Unity as part of my most recent games contract.
