ABOUT
These images in this project explore how composition can change the feel of an image, the humble toothbrush was my object of choice.
Through this project I came to realize the importance of storytelling more than the previous projects I have posted so far this year, what you aim to convey about your product and what it says can be told in subtle ways.
Image 1 - You have the Mug shot; this is the product, no thrills
Image 2 and 3 – Emotive through product set up, it infers a human scenario
Image 4 – A standard product setup within an environment you’d perceive the product to be used
Each image conveys away you understand the product as a whole and provides a narrative through its given context.
Understanding this context early on can save time and money as not every product rendering is going to be suitable for your intended use, know your audience and most importantly the story you are looking to tell, this applies internally and externally of your business.
