About me

Dear Sir/Madam Although new to animation (I only started studying in 2008) I am passionate about the industry and would make the most of any opportunity to break into the field. I have also been drawing and painting for a long time, and in my senior year of high school I won a few awards for my artworks and took up a post with my university's student paper as a cartoonist. As regards animation I am eager to learn. I completed a diploma in animation in 2008 having started my studies the same year, but have struggled to catch a break in the industry since then due to the broad range of styles; 2D, 3D and stopmotion that I have worked in. Personally I am hardworking and enthusiastic. I have used a range of software including 3dsMax, Maya and Toonboom and have learned to work in all aspects of animation; concepts, storyboarding, doing animatics, tweening and editing. I also have some experience in making puppets for stopmotion animation.
