About me
My name is Garance, I am 28 years old and am originally from Paris.
My education has led me to study various aspects of design, including textile design (BA, La Cambre, Brussels, Belgium), product design (BA and MA, Haute école des arts du Rhin, Strasbourg, France), and luxury/artisanal design (MAS, Ecole cantonale d'art de Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland). This has permitted me to develop a set of multidisciplinary skills with regards to design and art, specifically through the knowledge I have acquired concerning the materials, the software and the techniques involved in production.
During my studies I had the opportunity to work with various leading brands and designers, including Aesop, Marsotto, Hermès, L'EPEE, Gabriel, BLESS, Wommelsdorff, Jaime Hayon, Tomas Kral, Nicolas Le Moigne and Guillaume Delvigne.
I Up until March, I was working for petit h (Hermès) as an assistant in product and commercial development.
I am a multi-tasking worker, who does everything from graphic design to photography, and textile design to product design.
I speak English and French and I am based in London.
