About me
My mother an artist, my father a car dealer and mechanic, both teachers and entrepreneurs. They raised me with the most fundamental values, respect, honesty and strive to become the best possible version of yourself; and for this I will always be grateful. Growing up I've done the most different jobs, ground worker, carpenter, social worker and volunteer. I have helped my father starting companies (car dealerships) from scratch, in which companies I've worked for many years as a sales manager. During those years I found the time to study design, my other passion, but I've always kept working to maintain my studies. When I had my Industrial Design degree, from IED Milan (European Institute for Design), I started consulting for various companies like Meritalia, Guzzini, Nordica and Coro. I moved to London in 2009, where I still work as freelance, mainly in graphic design, and where, for the last two and a half years, I've been part of The East India Company Fine Foods. What started as a weekend job, selling tea, ended up seeing me being manager, at a time, of a big retail store in the heart of London, Covent Garden, caring for a 10 people strong team. Life is full of surprises. Design has always been my real passion though, from when I studied it to when I actually have worked in design agencies. I do believe I am the right candidate for the job, due to my passion I never stop until I found the right solution for the task. I never look at the time, I'm not afraid to have my hands dirty, it is not a problem for me to sit at the desk sketching in the morning, and build prototypes in the workshop until late in the night.
