About me
I have been crafting experiences for some time now. I started out as an audio producer creating sonic solutions that evoked emotions in order to translate clients' requirements while understanding their audiences' behaviours and interests in order to deliver a meaningful audio piece.
I developed a process while working with film-makers so I could deliver an effective piece for their projects, which consisted in research, creation, testing and delivery. While working with this method and learning how to enhance it, I discovered UX and customer-centricity, which then I started to apply on my second career path, hospitality. I put this method into use to create meaningful experiences to a variety of audiences, detailing each event's goals and how I could improve the customer's touch-points.
Designing purposeful solutions is my ultimate goal as I believe understanding people and their needs and differences is an essential cornerstone to deliver experiences. Applying UX craft alongside customer service and attention to detail is where I want to put my skills and creativity to use, develop engaging and intuitive products that will impact people positively.
